CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD ~ SIMPLE COOKING WITH MARY



Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
 2 very ripe bananas
 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
 3/4 - 1 cup chocolate chips
 1 beaten egg

 Peel & mash bananas, then mix with beaten egg. Combine with cake mix, stirring well. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into well greased loaf pan, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then finish cooling on wire rack. ENJOY!

  1. Ohhhhh that looks so yummy Mary!!! I haven't bought Jiffy cake mix in a super long time. I'll be picking up a box real soon and trying this recipe for sure!! :)

    I was drooling watching you make that cake. this is one that I will do. I will also add a few walnuts to it for good measure. I love the ingredients so I know I will like this cake.

  3. OOOOOh looks soooo yummy!! What a quick & easy recipe and all the ingredients are super great.
    I had my Kuppa Kuppa Keurig this morning while watching this and I swear I could smell it and taste it (LOL) sure woulda tasted good with my koffee though. Thanks for your yummy video I'll bet Wayne really loved it!! TFS!!!
